1. Acceptance and Scope

These terms govern the relationship between Akira Software SpA and any person accessing the website or hiring our services. These terms are complemented by our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

2. User Obligations and Restrictions

The user agrees to use the services ethically and legally. It is expressly prohibited to:

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Akira Software SpA does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the site in the event of global infrastructure failures outside its direct control.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

For all legal purposes, the parties submit to the laws of the Republic of Chile and the competence of the Ordinary Courts of Santiago.
